I didn't even realize that. You'd think when they added the Diamond formation, they'd increase the FB cap. I imagine they just overlooked it, otherwise having a formation with no substitutions possible doesn't make sense.

TE fill in as FB as well, so Technically you could have 5 players accounting for 4 total positions. TE, FB, BTE, WFB
And if not mistaken Diamond doesnt use TE so not ideal but its available.
