The issue has nothing to do with running the ball.

Perhaps, but maybe we beat you because your offense is extremely predictable and we used MO the way it is supposed to be used . . . to stop the run.

That wasn't a knock against you guys. You picked a play that is very effective against everything. Just a quick look at the game again and I see it twice in first 10 minutes of the game. Both times I was passing and there were WR's left uncovered at the line. results of those 2 plays? Sacks.

BLUF: 60% of the time it works everytime

My issue is that it's too good at nearly everything. It obviously can be game planned against and beat easily with spamming outside runs...but it still is pretty effective a lot of the time. You shouldn't have a play that you can plug in and shut down nearly everything in the game with. It takes the strategy of game planning out of the equation, it's basically DAG after people figured out how to beat it. By that I mean you can have lazy coordinators run it 100% of the time and still win 80% of there games.

I should have spent more time gameplanning for DD than I did with AGDTD...ran default tactics and paid the price. Nearly got upset in my rookie game too

That was me running MO the entire game...AGDTD actually runs it pretty well.
