FFS respond to your userbase, it's just really, really shitty customer service. I pay more to this game than I do my internet provider, my mobile provider and my website provider combined. If they gave me this sort of service I would find another provider! The fact is, they don't. They appreciate that I am paying them and they respond to me. It's so
basic a part of running a business that it might be first principal. It's not that the customer is always right, it's just that they are the lifeblood of what you do.
