Bump - Why isn't this getting responded to? Not a word in over a month!!

FFS respond to your userbase, it's just really, really shitty customer service. I pay more to this game than I do my internet provider, my mobile provider and my website provider combined. If they gave me this sort of service I would find another provider! The fact is, they don't. They appreciate that I am paying them and they respond to me. It's so basic a part of running a business that it might be first principal. It's not that the customer is always right, it's just that they are the lifeblood of what you do.

I talked to an admin about this last season. He said they didn't want to confuse a casual user with all sorts of useless stats. Then he mentioned that they might do a thing where you unlock more stats for your guy the more career boosts you buy. He asked how I felt about that, since I'm halfway in touch and think like some of you guys. I said it felt like a cash grab, since i would rather have casual guys buy flex to boost and not look at how well his HB does on defense. We haven't talked about it since.

So if you have a fullback and you can see his receiving stats that would confuse the casual user? Considering how much you have to pay to boost your players and whatnot. I really don't think there are many casual users.

sure why not.

Or even better let us customize which stats are on each players page

This should have been implemented when the game was created. Seriously.

All the guys with 1 player are casual users.

I don't buy the whole confusing to casual players one bit.

If you put up a page explaining what each stat is, it makes it not at all confusing.

In fact, if "confusing to casual player" was a genuine concern, there would be documentation on a lot more of how to play the game available and with obvious links on the home page.

I was just saying what was said in the convo. I agree with you guys 100%. I had a receiving fb on my team last season. Was a great 4/5th wr. I have no idea how he did in receiving last season.

this makes absolutely no sense. Which parts you ask? These parts:

- that they would say more stats would confuse a casual user
- that career boosts would unlock stats
- that an admin thinks you are "halfway in touch and think like some of you guys"
- that you would be seen as speaking for anyone
- that any admin takes you seriously

At the same time though...if you are the guy admins go to for business advice, revenue maximization and guidance about the general direction the game should go....then everything actually does start to make a lot more sense...
