How does this ladder thread work? I am on two teams that are both 8th on the ladder ?

This ladder thread is just a discussion of Grizzly's ladder games.
The ladder ranking is based off of a ladder rating, which is hidden but determined by a formula that uses wins/losses in league and ladder games. If two teams have the same ladder rating, they are tied in the rankings. The ladder ranking page that shows all the teams doesn't handle ties, though, so you can't tell from that page.
