I guess FPT and Bier are a disappointment to most of you.

meh,

The way these tourney brackets are weighted, you can't win unless you have the tourney champ correct anyhow. Only a disappointment is someone had you to win it all.

Not sure if I like or hate the point system. Considering that I can't win now, gonna say hate.

It's like that in any bracket point system these days. Far too much weight on the later rounds makes the early rounds almost meaningless other than as a tie-breaker.

(goes into my old man mode) I remember in High School when the NCAA Pools were just getting started, it was 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and that put more of a premium on actual number of total winners. Now with the "points double every round" way that has become more popular, picking early round upset is almost meaningless.

hmmm, Sunder is an old man.....this now has me wondering how old. Can't be much older than me yet I don't feel old.

nah, not old (pretty sure we are about the same), just sounded funny to start out a sentence with ..."back when I was in HS". Just figured I would poke fun at myself for it.

Yes, I find myself telling my kids about walking to school in the snow (We live in AZ and they bitch about walking to school) I grew up in the Rockies and thus have no sympathy for their plight. But when I start telling said stories it reminds me of old people too.

Touney needs to be updated - "Last Updated: 12/2/2013"

Looks like it will come down to sunder and myself for the win so a little extra to play for in the title game. Chiefs have won two of the last three GLB titles I believe (Bier last season and the Chiefs twice in a row prior). I'm just happy to be here.
