I will take my chances with agreat assistan NFL coach, a proven cfb head coach long before I settle for a washed out NFL guy. For every Pete Carol, there are 1000 Shermans.

You dont have to be a great coach to be a great head coach. Jimmy Johnson is a fine example. There is alot to be said for being the CEO of Texas football.

Personally I think Sherman will be somewhere in the middle between Carroll and Weiss.

What part of "in the middle" did you not get there Einstein?
I think he's about an 8 win coach next season. I just wish they had gotten around to firing Fran's ass about 2 years ago. F-in whiny sounding yankee.
