" BUT HE SCORED 261 FANTASY POINTS LAST YEAR HOW STUPID ARE YOU!?!?" everyone has a fluke year, he's from fuckin boise state and the buccaneers have josh freeman as their quarterback, the only good thing going for martin is that they play the saints and panthers twice each.
also worthy of mentioning there's always a running back on the waiver wire that nobody drafted that fills in for someone and breaks out, look at alfred morris last year, did anybody draft him? and if so was it before the 6th round? how well did he do? you can find quality players from the waiver wire regardless of what position it is, yeah you're going to have more opportunity's with quarterbacks because there's so fucking many of them and most league's only have 1 spot for starting QB leaving people like matt stafford or tony romo on the waiver wire sometimes and especially this year when everyone's so high on russell wilson/rg3/luck.
whole point being is that i'm not drafting martin, that was the point that i was making.i don't give a shit whether he's been drafted on average 6th in every mock draft or if you're not supposed to draft a WR or QB in the first round...good for them, let him be someone elses headache, if top 5 running backs are off the board and martin is still there i'm not going to draft him over someone like aaron rodgers or calvin johnson cause drafting anyone else at the 6th spot (if all 5 people before you take running backs) is a reach and not guaranteed where someone like aaron rodgers or calvin johnson will both produce every single fucking week. It has nothing to do with position, it has to do with martin as a football player and a fantasy option, and i'm not going to draft him, he's either going to average 90yds and 1td or get injured. ..i can find better value at the 6th spot for that
Then why did you list 9 QB's, when you made your list of players that YOU would pick in Rounds 1 & 2, ahead of Doug Martin? A bit contradictory, obviously ..... please explain that.
I did in a league. That being said, most leagues go reverse order for waiver wire. Unless you are a horrible team, by the time the right RB comes onto the stage, you have no chance to get him. Again, its simply understanding how FF works.
Again .... "If top 5 RB's are off the board ..... But yet, I draft RB/RB EVERY TIME" .... Complete and utter fail, as expected.
1440 and 16 TD's (using YOUR personal statement) ..... OR get injured. Good Luck claiming to be able to find better value than 1440 yards and 16 TD's in Round 6 .... LOL.
A person can have opinions, but holy fuck are you really bad at explaining something. You clearly don't understand FF and football all together, and prove that EVERY time you post. Can't wait to hear the follow up on these .... or as expected, you will avoid them all together, based on how bad you were just served, again. For advice ... just post: No, I don't believe Martin will be a top 10 RB this year. /post .... Because once you try to start typing something of football and obviously FF, you completely derail, and contradict every you are saying, the entire time.
