I oced in 2 of the Championship games for that crew.. both were against lev 13 non boosting teams bro..
Some very good teams over there but I don't know if they are the best..

Argument for Prep 2 is 3 of the 4 finalist in the tourney last season were out of Rookie 4. The tourney winner finished 7th in it's league conference and lost in the first round of the playoffs.
Argument against is that Prep 2 has a lot of MLF teams. Although tough teams they will really feel level discrepancies once regular teams boost to level 25.
This can all be settled in the official tourney.

The highest quality teams are in Prep 1. If you team is trying to dominate in seasons 1 - 3 you are doing it wrong.
