well that isn't the conversation anyone in a position of authority cares about or cares about having. 99% of the 9-12 teams don't make the playoffs because they don't game plan, making another loop hole which gives teams even less of an incentive to game plan to keep out 1 and dones is not only retarded but would hurt lower leagues and drive even more start up teams out of the game.

Its like the teams who have never won anything continue to try and figure out ways to keep their mediocre 0 ring teams up here for as long as possible
