I see that happening alot, where the defender is in perfect position and the ball carrier just runs right by him. I would venture to say with this being the Rookie Level and not many players with vision as their primary attirbute, we will see this alot more

I see your point.

At the rookie level, the best you can expect is a TRAINED up vision level of 20-30 at this point in development.

I guess 21 vision means you are basically RAY CHARLES in cleats.
