GG, you beat me fair and square, but I'll be back next season, although I would have retired if I had won the title as a perfect season would have been enough for me. Anyway, I have to pick up the pieces and get better next season.

I wasn't No-No though.
As I was scouting CWLB, I became pretty sure I wouldn't score any points. So I bought CE on my QB, receiving TEs and scat backs.

If you're super nice to me, I'll leave it unequipped it for a true No/No champ game. Using it for one game will probably make it the most poorly spent flex ever, lol.

With the birth of my new daughter last Wed, I didn't have time to make any adjustments to my defense, so just used my stock defense with tagging for the playoffs so far. Hopefully I will have time to make some adjustments for our championship game, but having a newborn and a 2-year old toddler doesn't give me much time for anything...

Their is no denying you had the better team this season. You must of did an awesome job of scouting and playing defense. I saw your defense was spot on early in the game. That return man is a beast. Was a great game to watch and congrats to Gerr for also sending the 2nd no no team to the finals. He had his chances to win. Starting to think boosting is a waste of cash especially watching Gerrs scrimmages with Chicago. Our team is a power house of builds over his and yet we still barely won and lost here and there. Tells me that paying for this game is a joke! GG GLB!!

Not sure about anyone else, but I no longer see the need for boosting or CEQ in PWG until GLB does something so No-No teams can't hang with Full-Full teams in the playoffs. That's 2 seasons in a row my no-no team has made it farther than my full-full and that annoys me.

gg Gerr. Your defense is so crazy good, it's ridiculous. I thought I could exploit some of the single coverage (like you were exploiting mine) but I don't know if your dots are better or if it's scheme, because man, you shut me down. I wish I knew why my QB was throwing so many bad passes, too. :/

I spent a lot of time working on ST going into this season because I felt they cost me some games in s29. I changed up my 5 STOPs and switched fully to evasive DEs. Also I need to credit dusk883 a lot for helping me with my returner build after he beat me for MVP voting last season.

I'm still not sure I beat CWLB without CE on my QB/TEs. After game planning, I saw how all the plays were reliant on the TE beating single coverage, and I still am not sure I win that one without the CEQ. Though granted, I only ended up spending only 500 reward points, rather than 55*(200*3+100) or whatever it comes out to. And yeah, I unequipped it for the champ game.

Idk why people still make full yes/yes teams the past few seasons, game is dead, everyone should just go no/no. Turn PWG into NB/NC or NB/Custom.

I agree, I think the people that still do boost are boosting to waste their flex points since they have nowhere else to spend.

As for Yes/Yes vs No/No I still think if done properly there is no way a no/no team should win. I remember having a 99ish speed/ 55ish agility/35ish catching type RB build with the Shy Town, and there were many things I still could have done to improve that build.

I normally change build plans every season myself but I think the boosted teams would have better results if they try to maximize their speed/strength better. Not like it's a bad thing though since it only proves that PW is primarily a coordinator's league.

Paying is not a joke, look at FG up until day 31. It just is a much smaller advantage in the playoffs.

Worst part about nonboosting is that it is impossible to beat Yes/Yes teams early if they are halfway decent. So you can forget about winning a tournament. (unless it's an NBNC tourny, obviously.)
