Theres is no way in hell that Texas 05 team is better than the USC 05 team...yeah Texas got the best of them in one game but that game was extremely close, almost couldnt get any closer. Go down both teams rosters and see who you actually know or who made it to the pros. Young did tear apart the USC defense but Pete Carroll (spelling?) got out coached. (one of the few times ive seen it happen) Reggie Bush made a bad decision by trying to flip the ball, and it ended up costing them, but if you go back and watch that game, you will see Young's knee was down when he flipped the ball to Selvin Young. If the ref would have reviewed the play and got the call right the result of the game would have more than likely been a lot different. But congrats to Texas for beating the "un-beatable"

Dude you sound like freaking crybaby Leinart after VY handed him his ass. How can Texas beat USC but not be better than them? That makes no fucking sense. UT was ranked in the top 3 nationally in both offense and defense. They beat the Buckeyes in the Shoe. USC should not have even been in the Rose Bowl, but thanks to the horseshit refs in the Notre Dame game.
Don't know about USC, but 26 members of that UT championship team went on to play and still are playing in the NFL.

How do I know they wouldn't have turned it over? Because the only turnover Texas had that game was Aaron Ross' botched punt return at the beginning of the game. In fact, Texas had very few turnovers that season.
