Actually, because of the age conversion, it's only ~20 days difference. 3-5 levels, ~10 VP. There's also the 25th boost (20 SP) difference for the youngest (lvl 62 and less) dots, which won't see that boost until next season.

either way its still a big enough difference to decide games early on for sure, until those teams get their lvl 72 upgrades.

Do you mean lvl 64 upgrades?
The core players on the West teams don't have level 72 equipment either.
Chicago Outfit has 3 players with level 72 equipment.
Most of the team is at level 67.

So far, so good. Looking forward to tomorrow's preseason meeting with San Jose, as they'll present the best challenge of the four, personnel-wise.
