I honestly think the top level of the Combine Tournament is the best indicator of the best of the best team in GLB. It takes the best roster with the high effective levels and let's them settle it on the dotball field. GLB tournament has random seeding and its not as reliable as the Combine Tournament. So its pretty clear that the team that wins the Combine Top EL Tournament is the undisputed champion of the world.

The winrar of the Dub J Memorial Cup is the true GLB champion.
