I didn't see them in 2010, but their live shows have traditionally been amongst the most entertaining ever. Pyrotechnics and hard rock go together like peanut butter and jelly, and nobody seems to understand this as well as NBack do. Even people who don't like them have a great time at their shows, because Nickelback understand what excites people both visually and audibly. Just take a look at this video for an example of the greatest live act around:

I was living about a mile from The Station when that happened.

That was an incredibly tough time in Rhode Island, and the spot where it happened is still disturbingly eerie with a memorial that was made not long after and has not been touched since.
