Great game HHWC. Yea, we knew we had to avoid turnovers and despite a passhappy offense, we have been doing a good job at just that the last 9 games or so. Not to mention you guys had a lot of PDs. Goes to show that a good defensive plan can go a long way. Congrats on the WL title. Well deserved by a top notch franchise

Man, i was really hoping we were gonna score late there and then i was praying for the kicker to kick it short so we had a shot at a fumble haha. Would've been the worst way to lose. Damn. The game could've gone either way. Funny how you can sim the same game and get a 30 point win, 30 point loss, overtime fg all with the same gameplan. Still was an exciting game to watch and 2 great teams

Thanks for the compliments on my defense... I'm very happy with my defensive dots as well.... hard to believe with that many yards put up.... but its all about big plays and our dots were able to match up step for step with that sick offense...

That move really won you the game. It was a genius. move You got me to have the TE on the line to block on almost every 3 WR set and the running back or full back blocking on 2 WR sets. No doubt that you outsmarted me on this one and had the better game plan. Its cool to see that you are able to do a thing like that and succeed! Respect and congrats again!

Yay... The chess game actually paid off.... it just worked perfectly for us to be honest.... We played back all season... then I thought the Smurfs wouldn't be ready for blitzes...so went balls to the walls with them.... then I figured you wouldn't expect switching back to heavy pass D.... it worked out... thanks for the props.... this really is a damn chess game each and every matchup... I love it

But yea, good job on the chess match. Your defense did what pretty much no defense (other than saigon) was able to do since cav took over which was figure out how to intercept colt. More INTs in this game (6) than in our last 5 games combined (5). The blitz and then don't blitz strategy leaving us with only 2-3 viable WRs allowed you to load up like 2-3 people per receiver. We're obviously left full of 2nd guesses on offense and defense but GLB is an unpredictable mistress and you guys found a bunch of holes in our D too. Funny how we were bummed in week 10 or 11 that we were going back to WEPL as if it were sure thing and now we're bummed because we missed our chance at WL Gold.

Congrats Alpine for a great season, great run for both teams, unfortunately someone had to lose. We were fortunate to win the turnover battle and thus the game, I've playing this game for a while and I know it takes good dots, good planning and a shit load of luck to win a championship at this level. I'm just glad we finally got the sim god on our side after all those seasons of trying. Great season Alpine, class organization and best of luck next season.
