I think there is something to 100x3 chem and having the same exact core of players intact. Trying to work in all of the new pieces, adapt to losing playmakers takes quite a while to get used to
Yea, gunny was ripping through teams the beginning of last season at 100chem. They still were good down the stretch but not as crazy. It does take a bit of time to figure things out with new players and indiv tactics. When things work perfectly having a certain WR in wr3 and then you lose him and the new guy has slightly different atts he takes a bit longer/shorter to get to certain spots. Same with defensive guys and their strengths/weaknesses.
Wait, can DOTA boost to 72 next season even though they're all season 6 day 39 builds? I didn't read all those new rules exactly. Weird that they all chose day 39 though. Also, it's fun talking about DOTA in here considering i think i've seen a total of 1 post by them. Surprised they're so good since the vancouver lions weren't that good in usapl if it's the team i remember from like usapl season 12

While I don't post a lot, I do read most of the stuff posted in this forum and it's pretty entertaining to see how much we are talked about.
Yes, Vancouver was only decent in USAPL. Sully and I owned about half the players on that team and were able to carry them to USAPL but once we got there it was time for our players to retire and just didn't have the recruiting power to bring in a good enough team.

Yea, it was kinda lame back then because you had to be pretty good to win usa aaa to get to pro and probably peak. When you get to pro you're old and winkled and hard to recruit an entire roster like that for pretty much an unknown team. Really glad extended plateau happened. Definitely much needed. Now if it only didn't take 1.5years to max a player's potential.
I think people talk about your team because they play better than their effective sp and since you guys weren't a household name before and don't talk in the forums people are curious.
