It's been a busy day. As evidenced by my being here now, I can assure everyone, I did not rage quit. Our season has been going to well to have much rage. lol
I believe my account got hacked. First the email posted in the account as current was not mine but an obvious phony. At least to my mind. (fagman@hotmail.com) It appears the worst damage to ACS was kicking all the agents then selling the team. Fortunately, the agents on ACS are great people and stepped up to save the team while I was doing a slow motion dance with GLB's customer service about not being able to log into my own account. They actually asked me to tell them the email currently on file since it had just been changed. <facepalm!>
The real damage was done to my casual team. Since I am the only agent on that team, it went cpu I'm guessing from being sold and someone bought 15 cpu players causing my team to bankrupt. I'm not sure how a team can sign players to the point of going up to a 65 man roster, but it happened. Since I cant touch anything concerning the running of the team as an agent of my players, I cant kick the cpu's off the team.
I'm just hoping customer service can fix the situation and get control of my team back to me. Needless to say, it's been a very frustrating past 3 days.
