The Strategic build seeks to maximize your total points in comparison to a player that started the same day as you. It takes into consideratiion leveling diferances as part of the total points. The goal of a Strategic Slow Build would be to build the best player possible within a set amount of time.
I guess it is strategic then. I slow build w/o playing a game for 2 seasons then unleash them. The second I get the chance to cap something then I do.
