TBH, the very first thing someone should do is to make sure that they are accepting the offer from the RIGHT TEAM.

Why do I say this? Simple, there are guys who GM multiple teams and they sometimes send offers from the WRONG TEAM. So even if the player sees he's getting an offer that he was expecting - he still needs to read it before hitting <Accept>.

If you hit the wrong button, it should be <Reject> on a contract you actually want to accept - which would be an honest mistake because at least you were working with the right contract to begin with.

Case in point, make a new player and then get an offer for that player from a human team (say a PeeWee team). Well, you will have 4 contract offers (3 automatically generated CPU offers) - find the one you want first, then move your mouse.

Where else would we put the offers? Under each other? Separated by the text? It's just simpler this way.

I pop in the reason for rejection and then instinctively click the box next to it thinking that is the reject box. I did that twice this off season, luckily I read the "Do you really want to accept this offer" box and clicked "no" so no harm was done.

I'm with this. My buddy had the same thing happen this season, and PMed both the owner & support withing 60 seconds of hitting the button. It DOES happen, and although it is a bone-head move, people do make mistakes. The accept/deny second confirm box could use some work TBH. Other sites with similar interactive "clicks" that have reprocussions like we have here have a different color confirm splash screens. Like maybe green for accepting the contract, and red for a rejection confirmation on the second box.

Would maybe be qualified as "Bort saving people from themselves" or could be called damage control on the front end versus tying up support on the back end.......

So can we please change it so the accept and reject buttons are on seperate sides? Or atleast the ability to pull your player off a team if it's the same day you accepted? Now I'm stuck for 2 seasons with a no trade clause when I could have been getting more PT and a much higher contract. I'm pissed off if you can't tell.

you know lowest offer doesn't mean worst team right? as long as they take care of your equipment you shouldn't be so concerend about the $$ of the contract. in fact a lower contract probably means the owner is running his team properly saving as much cash as he can to build up the stadium (which helps you as a player later - cause the owner can afford your equipment).

taking contracs just cause they are higher then another is a stupid way to pick a team.

We could fill a server with the UI/usability issues here. Hopefully the worst of them are about to be fixed.
