When/if somebody does this properly they should use the ballots like the guy did in the link.

Everybody should get 2 picks for each starting posistion so 2 QBs and 4 WRs. Each first choice gets 2 points and each second choice gets one point. Then the player with the most points gets on the All-Pro team.
