Valakar was posting in that thread to bring attention to the glitch..actually using his energy to better the game by highlighting its weaknesses. HIS opinions are actually quite respected in dot land.

Buer explained his reasons. He admitted to the need for cash. he didnt hide. he spends money on the game just like you, so he do whatever the fuck he wants. and this was done with the minimal amount of impact on anyone. the only person who should be up in arms is cherrie.

and cali is defending the team he is on. if you guys want a morale code and an example for other GLBers out there, this is the one that should be followed.

Buer...please don't require me to get involved...if I have to, I WILL end this "debate"...please don't make me remind you of the last time I got involved...

Its because you cant win by going out and recruiting and developing great players, instead you need to find holes, situations in which would not be there... Cheats... you might as well as entered a cheat code and done no justice to you or your team... but i guess thats why you dont have any GM's Cherrie... Cherrie/Buer.. Wanna prove how good you are... Lets see you make the Conference Championship Game... Think your good enough? I dont think you will even get close... I am grateful that we will have the privilege of playing three upstanding teams like Enzo, Hollywood and Amsterdam in the playoffs... I am glad that we will not have to face the two disgraced teams. Whatever you want to say either way.. I expect people to stand up for their teams so please there is no need to attack anymore... its the same thing my guys would/did do... We are moving on... we may not win this Conference or League, but i know we played it honestly.. I maybe an Asshole.. i know this... That's where this game is at in terms of offensive playcalling. C'mon fellas, be honest with yourselves. You found a few good plays that you liked and you ran them into the ground. Why? Because they worked and you could trust them.

If people want to play the same way here, that's their own business. If you don't like it, stop them as best you can. That's YOUR ONLY RESPONSIBILITY. Do you honestly believe that giving people shit will remedy this? If you can't stop them, outexploit them. What do you want the exploiters to say? "Oh good for you, you lost but at least you ran 33 unique plays!!! Hooray!! You're obviously the better team then!"

If you want to get mad at anyone, get mad at Bort. This is his creation. This is his primitive game that is still developing and weeding out exploits and unfortunately, he's creating them. Until we reach that point where there are no exploits (not happening, this will never be GLB Beta Utopia), either be the dumbass that knows something works and refuses to do it or be the guy who takes advantage of it and wins. For the record my statements in the thread you referenced and in this one have been respectful of other people and never degrading or derogatory. The only reason I mention this is Flame came on here and personally referenced a thread and my post (not a huge deal) but by doing so basically brought me into this and also brought the Addict organization into this. Now I fully endorse what Gman said in this thread. I know your last message did not even mention my name so before you say I was referring to Buer or Cherrie I understand you were but just wanted to make a few comments.

Right or wrong; Moral or Immoral; Good or bad it already took place and is unfortunate. I am not going to justify, defend, or attack in anyway. I just want the record to reflect that in NO WAY was the Addict Organization affiliated with this decision.

Again I have stated I do not agree with everything that has been posted in this thread. I again want to comment and say there is no justification (or there shouldn't be any) for getting a cheap victory. That being said, many many Pro teams use this ALOT (again that does not make it right either). Also, when you talk about honor I would like to know what is the "magical" baseline for this honor. I mean do you run that play 90%, 80%, 70%, 50% what is the "appropriate" amount without being dishonorable? Another point is this is not "cheating" (again that also is not a justification for it). I for one am disappointed being involved with this game as a GM for Dresden, however I am more disappointed in myself for even mentioning it when it was ran against another team I am on and somehow feel "responsible" for this whole thing. However, I know it was well known and documented so I may be a bit harsh on myself but either way I want to publicly apologize for any role I had in this for what that is worth. I hope this can end it or at least end it as far as my own, Guppy's, or the Addict Organization's involvement is concerned.

Douches are for pussies. Therefore Dresden GM's should be quite familiar with them.

I want to go on the record and say i will vouche for valakar..i liked having him last year as a GM for my VCA team and would welcome his players back if we needed them anytime....I am sure he had no ill intented anywhere in this post and I also would take exception to any insults thrown at him or any addicts involved in this...thanks...
