Ah okay, was curious how you got a team to pay all those players to just sit lol. Guess I know that now.

You guys only have lvl 16? equipment at the moment and lvl 24 on the way... either way that is still gunna be half the EQ points we have, plus the VA's that you don't have.
side question, do SSB boost every season?
The idea of SSB is to stay as low level as possible for teh seasons you sit. After you start getting playing time its usually to get to level 13.9, find an expansion team, sign, boost to 16.9, hit 17 with 1st daily or game xp. After that boost every season late until 29 then early for the remainder of your career. No SA's until level 32-40 because the idea is to get to high caps asap to save on SP's later on because of leveling bonus's. I'm trying to think of a way to figure out approx sp's ive saved with my builds but its going to take a few. If you want i'll open my FB for you and one of my kids LB's so you can see them. Should be impressed for the level their at now.
I see your builds and agree you have high attributes in the main areas. One thing I don't like about building that way is bringing some attributes to the 4:1 cap. I don't think I have brought my FB above the 60 in any attribute but with VA's and EQ I do not have to use up 30 sp to get the 10 extra points. But now that I have ran out of areas to bring to 3:1 I will start bringing those higher. And I remember seeing in the Wiki some where the amount of points you gain while slow building and its like and extra 15 or something by the time you hit lvl 29??? I can't remember exactly.

It's a fairly high amount b/c you gain it in training. And I think Mith said they SSB for like 2 seaons, so 2 seasons of really nothing but training the attributes.

Yeah training at 7% for however long would just drive me crazy, and i just don't see the fun in that.

See whats nice about SSB is that you can do this...
Lets make a center really fast here on paper since their easy to do. All players can be created using this same logic though. Heres the Center i'm making now that will be just sick and BTW is the first GLB player ever to reach the soft cap BEFORE level 2.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1254017
Roll 30 STR on day 41
Then sit on bench for entire season no game xp.
Will hit level 4?
All SP's go strait to STR taking you to 59 STR
Use bonus tokens for more SP's because imo AE is retarded.
Should get to 62 STR this way
Entire time your training agility and block on intense and by the end of the season they will be over 30 trained. This is important because at this point you are ready to play to get to level 13 by seasons end. Each time you level you will drop SP's to blocking. As your dropping to blocking your now training agility/vision combo.
You just got 10 more levels with 50 SP's that can be thrown into agility and blocking to get each of those up over the and second caps by level 16.
Now everytime you level your STR gets +1 and block gets +1 and agility is going up on its own as well as you are now working to round out your build the way you see fit.
However i just did math on our DE's yesterday and at level 40 they will be approx
84 Speed + gear takes them to 114
84 agility
2nd cap + ALB's vision
3rd cap STR
yadda, yadda, yadda
Now thats pretty freaking nasty isnt it?

Guys, you have to realize, you still have all your other players that you would right now. So you are still having plenty of fun with them. You just have a few extra that are fermenting on the bench. And the enjoyment of them fermenting is knowing that with every day they are distancing themselves from future players they will be matched up against. mainly because those players are not even created yet. I think it's very enjoyable to have your normal players, and also have these little "perfect" players and try to squeek every possible fraction of a skill point before hitting a cap-13 team.
I have a few players on a SSB team now... and I have a few new players that have no affiliations with teams yet, so I'm not sure if I'll do the 5 year deal or just 3.
I have never SSB a player for 5 seasons yet. I may do a couple to try it.

I think to create more players I would want to retire at least two, stupid flex lol realized how much I'm spending on this game and reality check. Idk, I may try it with one player next season.
Would have to get in touch with a SSB team though, I sure don't want to pay a player to be on a bench lol.

Perfect... the longer it takes to get on a cap13 team, they more sp's he'll have by training. And if you don't even create one... well... you can't build any slower so he'll have to be the best. And since he won't have a build, nobody can see it and deny that he's the best player ever. I like where you are going with this.

Reason why you dont have better builds is because we super slow built.
Basicially you were were able to train 1 attribute to high caps asap so that you were able to stack auto level bonus's on top of it.
We were able to stack ALB's on top of 3 attributes.
I would bet my penis that our builds are at the least equal to yours at level 24 vs 28's because of the SSB. We'll hit 54 overall by level at level 25 too btw.
OH and for the record. We all rerolled until we had perfect rolls in max or near max first attributes with no wasted points. Players werent signed unless they got perfect rolls. Then they had to follow strict build plans. If they didnt they didnt continue with the team. We lost one agent of all of them we started with BUt had backup plans with other players being built by myself or steel_destroyer just incase.
And you were not us last year.
Czech Yourself 1 season old
1 championship
1 conference championship
#1 leagues are always much tougher leagues
League of Extraordinary A-Holes 3 seasons old
0 league championships
0 conference championships
see forums all over GLB for proof that #1 leagues always have a majority of the best teams.
we won in a great league full of great teams. teams that were left behind will move up next season and do as well as we do this season.
Stadium
Ours will be COMPLETLY finished in the next off season. When i say complete i mean all expanded seating will be finished as well.
All of our level 32's will have complete gear at that point as well.
And we'll have a much better overall regular season and playoff record.
So in the future lets just say you are you and we are clearly better planned. Thanks.
Your team you have now might be 1 season old, but your players are all 3-4 seasons old. No difference really in how long it took for you to get your championship, we could of had ours last season but we didn't pursue it, we felt another season of slowbuilding would be best.
And I know the difference of slowbuilding and SSB and tbh, SSB is a waste of talent and a players life. You'll never hit your prime.
You keep leaving out that part of your explanations, I know about both and I refuse to SSB due to the negatives outweighing the positives.

we won in a great league full of great teams. teams that were left behind will move up next season and do as well as we do this season.
Never hitting prime can only be related to levels. I guess you havnt seen that teams like this are beating the piss out of teams 10+ levels above them. Oh and FYI my team only say for 1-2 seasons (steels players sat 2 the rest were 1 season) Thats only 3 levels of boosting we lost.
Do this. Look at my builds (sure you have by now) then look at yours. I'm POSITIVE that i have higher attributes and more of them. You dont know what your talking about.

You guys did not have better builds but built well for being a true slowbuild team
