Put it this way, if a guy isn't performing well no other team can just call up a buddy and swap players. Cheating Ban.

how is this cheating again? trading players and cash for which the bar is equal(with no CPU players involved) is cheating?

Its collusion. Period. Collusion is bannable.

No its not , LIKE i said before no cheating is going on . Someone is just upset about a loss they got from compton

wait, why am i upset? I contacted your owner privately and told him that this was cheating. he tried to deny it was cheating then aired my opinion on the team forum. when i told him how i felt about airing my personal feelings on the subject he banned me from the forum.

hell, the thread is right there, read it yourself. you are calling it a farm team and talking about moving players back and forth to your team when they are a higher level. your ass got busted for cheating and now you are trying to justify it to ALL of the other owners in the league. It took a while to PM all the owners of your shenanigans BTW...

Note:

I will be adding an update to trading that will no longer allow you to trade cash between two teams that you own. It will only allow players to be transferred.

This will affect GM's as well - they will not be able to trade cash between two teams if the teams are both owned by the same individual.

Yes, there are still ways around it by colluding with other players, but you will run the risk of losing your teams.

Do I own both of these teams?no
and by trading cash he means like signing CPU players and trading them a bunch of money for these players

Lol and you just posted the the way around it is with trades like yours, which as Bort clearly says is collusion.

I like how when I first checked sf49r09 was a Gm for both of those teams, now he's only listed as GM of the Massacre. Why did that happen all the sudden?

chronic - the fact that both teams are not owned by the same person doesn't make it any less of a conflict of interest if both teams end up in the same division.

Both farm teams are in the same region, the US, so this has a distinct possibility of occuring. The devs made it clear that they did not want this to happen by forcing owners (whose teams would have a natural inclination to farm for each other) to be in totally separate regions.

To repeat: the trades, etc, are not the issue. It's farming in teh same region, and the other thing you conveniently ignore is the fact it is upside down, using the AA team for the backups!

They need to come down on teams that do this. Really make an example out of somebody or this is going to continue to happen. This affects me little at the moment, but if it continues to be allowed it will eventually make a mockery of every league in this game.

Heads up to players:

I don't want to see any more "anti-owner" threads from unhappy players that include hate-speech, name calling, and the like.

If you feel you must "go public" with something you're unhappy about, do it in a respectful way by presenting FACTS and facts only.

- DO NOT post private team strategies from team forums or PMs without the consent of the other person.
- DO NOT resort to name calling, slander, libel, or cursing.

Anyone who posts a thread along these lines will have their posting privileges revoked for a few days.

If and when we set up a player commission or the GLBOA or whatever, all issues like this should be taken to them. If you or your team manager are already a member of these groups, take it to them now for a conflict resolution.

Thank you.

dear God, ban this guy. hes posting my pms without my consent. and ban onepeat also because hes also doing the same thing

I didn't post PMs and I didn't post strategies unless you consider pillaging another team a strategy...
so is that your strategy???

And it is for these reasons and not the trades that I expect the devs to squash it.
