I dont think you want to to that, that will hurt your training values next season and level up bonuses. I know being level 4 feels better than level 1... but you really want to wait and boost at the end of your first full season.

Yes, but dont boost or spend your starter 15 sp. Just train. We wont boost for the first time until after the first season of play and you dont relegate sp until you can take something to the cap.

Again, this team coming together is all dependant on Brohl getting a team, but if you create a player now you can start training.
