geez guys, I paid a complement to Nebraska and Vancouver and I get ripped. I just stated that they are the class of the league.

Waterloo - I would love a rematch with the player personnel I have now. You got me when everyone was overpayin for players. You can use that 30-3 beatdown all you want. But it wasn't against the team we have now. So keep floating that out there like you have proved something. I won't believe it until you keep winning for the next four weeks. Then I will be a believer.

Ketchikan - you beat us 13-6. Great game there. You really blew us out. In fact, who have you blown out? You do what you do well. Win close games. But close games will eventually turn against you.

So back to my point that I originally tried to make. Nebraska kicked our ass when we had our team roster set. Vancouver scares the living crap out of me. No one else has beaten us handily since we had our team set.

Funny thing is that isn't all you did....you took shots at teams that are clearly better than you as well.

Beginning of the season .. at least twice you made mention of my team being bankrupt & losing our team all together. You thought it was funny if I remember correctly. How does it feel to have less money in your account than we do atm. How did that little prediction work out for you?

Thats the problem ... everyone else seems to be able to pat each other on the back & have fun. You seem to feel the need to spew crap. So be it ... one in every crowd.

And as for nobody else beating you handily ... I wish now that we didn't play you week one .. & give you a built in excuse.

Well, thanks for the compliment. But I think you may be overlooking the team sitting at #1 right now. There is absolutely no reason they should not be on that short list.

I dont think I have ever seen a team talk smack like they do. I think you might need to win more than 1 game to talk smack.

Its all good ken ... we haven't won anything yet. Still have some very good teams left to play. Believe me I don't need to be on his list lol. Thank you though.

Good game Nebraska. I played a gimmick offense in that game because I didn't think we could match up offense vs. defense. Well, 5 int and 14 drops later...our offense sucked. Defense played well considering the fact that we were on the field for 100 plays. We gave up 23 points because we had no offensive rythym. But, I guess thats what happens when you don't run your normal offense.

And we will finish at .500 or better. We have lost games that we probably should have not lost (Waterloo and Ketchikan). Both of these teams are not as good as their record.

You must still be sore about the beating we gave you. Waterloo has proven themselves to be a good team this year ... not sure what your smokin. Didn't they beat you by 27?

Yeah Waterloo deserves a little more respect than what Kentucky is giving out. We aren't the best team in the league or anything, but I'd say we have earned our record.

I'd say good enough to make the boss demand I work overtime tonight on the gameplan. (slave driver let me tell ya) I can promise you we take nothing for granted .. I refuse to lose because I wasn't prepared. If ya beat us ... you will have earned it. Not like Kentucky ... where ya kinda take a win for granted.


I know the feeling. I'll be happy if we can keep it close like we did with Vancouver. I'm just glad you guys aren't Kentucky!

I'll admit that I called a bad game against you guys offensively, but what? I didn't even say anything bad about your team, and in fact I think your team is much better than your record, and wouldn't be surprised to see you end up in the playoffs. Like you, our team wasn't filled out until our game with Vancouver, and since then we have even improved.

I am sorry that we could only beat teams like the Royal Flush by 3 points. That is a very good team, one which had a huge level advantage over us at nearly every position. We managed to hold Vancouver to a 1 score game until the 4th quarter.

You can't have it both ways and sit here and tell me how my team should have blown you out, and then talk about how great your team is at the same time.

and Waterloo, I am not looking forward to playing you guys. I think more teams in the conference respect you than you think.

Look at the match up between you two...Ketchikan was at a disadvantage, you two were even in everything but blocking and passing(i think) you held the advantage in both and still lost. same with the KC Flush. Ketchikan was at a disadvantage but still won. thats whats makes them good. It's almost 7 weeks into the season you cant call them a fluke team anymore.

You can call them what you want. Nobody says you have to say the truth

but I regard them as a top team

I never said my team was great. I think you guys are misinterpreting what I said. I have never said once that my team was better than any of yours. I don't talk that kind of smack. In fact, I try not to talk smack at all. I may offer my opinion of things. But I have never said my team was better than any of yours.

Would I love to replay some of our previous games. Hell ya!

So please, I am trying to have fun just like everyone else. I mean nothing in disrespect.
