A lot of agents on your team put in an effort to make their builds right for the Zombies and you repay their loyalty by taking your ball and going home. I have a pretty good idea that you knew this at the beginning of the year why not fold the team before the season started instead of throwing a temper tantrum mid season.

Eh, good luck with your life F4rve. Life is more important than a game, and if you think you don't have time to be an owner, that's cool. Sad to see you go and the competition decrease

What bullshit. You are pathetic and weak. There's no delusion here. Your team has paid real money to keep things going and you got so emotional over defeat that you CPU'd your team in tear laden hissy fit. I'd be surprised if you weren't 500 pounds of obese suicidal nerd covered in Cheetos dust and tears, IRL.

Fuck that. He should have given owner to one of his GMs if he didn't have the time to run his team.

Most of you do not know F4vre beyond his rant in this thread. I had players on the Zombies for 3 seasons and absolutely loved being a part of that team. I was given forum rights even after leaving. You can spout about the childish nature of this event, or how you think he should have done something differently, but F4vre has been an asset to this game and he will be missed.

We all have opinions and not everyone will always agree but Real Life is always more important than a game. Call him names, say whatever, but in the end, this game was better for him being here by improving the agents that played with the Zombies. We helped scatter the knowledge we gained and added to the GLB Community. I'm not saying the Zombies were all that and a cup of ice cream, just that it has been one of the most informative, constructive, and fun teams to have graced the leagues of GLB. It and F4vre will be missed by more than a few.

Agree or not, just let it go, and lets get back to having FUN on GLB.

Just to clear the air, I don't think anybody said that this Game was more important than Real Life. There it's been said. Continue rants!

I can't speak for all Zombie players but I'm sure we'll be just fine. It's funny that I was on the team and built my DT from about LVL 10 on with the Zombies... and I'm not the least bit upset at Farve. Yet everyone else that weren't even on the roster are all bent out of shape about how he "shafted us."

/shrugs

The man owned the team for 3.5 seasons and did his best. I don't really look at it as he screwed me out of another season with the Zombies but that he gave us 3.5 good ones. When you stop being such a cynic you appreciate things a lot more. And live longer, too!

We could care less about your team. It's the whining and the excuses and the feminine way he handled the situation that we find of so hilarious.

Not being bitter just telling it like I see it. I just think from my point of view that he owed people more than what they got at the end. If you enjoyed your 3.5 seasons with him thats great, my 8 games with him were not so good. But I guess that's me being cynical again.

So shrugs right back at ya.

Because of Thanksgiving, visiting and traveling, the only close to full game plan I wrote this past week was for TLGoT (which was written in a room with crying nieces and the like making concentration very hard).

I know how hard it can be to get one in.

But for the other games I mostly adjusted percentages from the Cairo base game plan (and not by that much), and we were able to win the two for which I had to do that.

And even had we lost, I wouldn't blame the game for being played. A lot of people weren't so busy, and I wouldn't want them to lose their entertainment because I was so busy.

When Christmastime comes, I'll be very happy the game will go on, as for me the week from Christmas to New Years tends to be the most boring real life week in the world.

Can we let the mutual admiration society cease for a minute and call a spade a spade??......

It happened. It was hilarious. Its messed up. It is what it is. Its over.

I'm just glad that everybody I know eats thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving and not the day after.

I had T-Day on the Sunday before T-Day, on T-Day and on the Saturday after T-Day. Damn, no wonder I'm fat, still got on GLB, fortunately my family has moved on from the stone ages and have a computer and the internet.
