Before I concede, let me just say that Flapjack is a LB and does much more than just sack. He has an int, PDs, a safety and a defensive touchdown. He also plays on a team full of awesome defensive players that he has to compete with for sacks. Despite Bob 'running away from the competition', his team is not the sack leader team because Flapjack is competing with a bunch of guys every time he's closing in. Also, Flapjack is a LB and doesn't rush the passer on every play, unlike a DE. Lastly, Flapjack has to outrun the DE in front of him for him to even register a sack.

Ok, now that its all off my chest:

Bob Boobsrfun will be the sack leader this season in A5.

Excuses, excuses. I know flapjack is a tremendous player and I agree that it is hard for him to get a ton of sacks beause of his teammates, but I think Bob has teammates he is competing with for sacks as well who are quite good in their own right. If they have a special category for sacks for linebackers then you'd get it, but they don't have it so thanks for admitting Bob is going to be the leader.

Theres an easy way to settle this. Let Bob drop back into pass coverage for a game or 2 and see how he does

KK is having a good year as well. Not in the class with Flappy and Bob but his stat line is full after every game Okay now that I've tooted my horn I'm gonna go and try to really toot my own horn again. (Neck sprain is healed up and the Dr gave me the go ahead to try again )

The neck sprain happened with a blow up Brad Pitt doll, don't let him fool ya.

I had Boobs play LOLB last season and he did really well on sacks. He was second only to Redcliff. In fact, he is more of a 3-4 OLB instead of a typical 3-4 DE.

Also, Huntu is playing real good defense lately. He changed his equipment and the sacks started coming.

I wouldn't go so far as to ask for an LB sack trophy, but I do think there should be something for each position to aim for. I mean, it's easier for a DE to get sacks than an LB. At the same time, it's easier for an LB to get PDs than it is for a DE. If a DE could get 10+ PDs in a season, they should get a trophy. Maybe there should be positional trophies, I dunno.

Ah well, didn't know Boobs played LB last year. And Hangman, sadly in GLB the only good DEs are speed/agi builds (aka OLBs). At least, I have yet to see a good strength based DE.
