Earlier this season, Brady said he was stepping down and couldn't run the team. He got Fightomega (a guy with so much experience he has a bunch of level 5's and one level 14) to step up and start managing the team for him.
Fightomega made a thread asking for everyone who wanted to be released to post there. Quite a few of us posted. We were told by Fightomega -- who was running the team at the time -- we'd be released.
We logged in a day or two later, and that thread was gone. Fightomega claimed it was because they attempted to lock the thread for posterity (what a coincidence it just happened to get deleted, instead!)...and all of a sudden Brady's "back in the saddle" and running the team again, and he's saying no one's going to be let off the team (even those of us who have arranged for trades from other teams) until the off season.
Because HE never said we'd be released, he claims we weren't lied to. The simple fact is his mouthpiece, Fightomega, DID say we'd be released, he said they had a recruiter working on finding replacements, and he was supposedly running the team at the time (since Brady said he couldn't).
Everyone steer clear of Shady Brady in the seasons to come.

Fightomega is between a rock and a hard place. Lets not make him the bad guy. He has to do what his boss says, and we all know about brady and what kinda guy he is. I can't stand brady anymore than the rest of you can, but i think fightomega is getting a bad wrap in all this. Just my opinion.....

This just keeps getting better, just received a pm from Brady, and states that he will be firing fightomega, the reason, he states that since noone likes him.

1: yes i promised to release you, it went exactly like this. "Hopefully you'll all get releases by monday". yup a complete promise.
2: the page before the thread was deleted (not on purpose) I said the thread was locked. guess what I FORGOT TO LOCK IT.
3: please get off my back about this, I havent gotten much sleep because of personal issues
4: don't place a hate post after this, i have better things to do with my time then respond to hate posts.

i agree its rude when you dont get a PM, but at least half the owners in this game probbably sack people without warning. its normal. and btw, every pm i've sent to brady
has gotten a response within 8 hours. Can you just pretend you want to be on this team until our next game is over. then you'll get your release.

Look Omega, dont take all the talk as being hateful, no one dislikes you, just were told one thing and then got another, to be honest if you look at yall's record its not that bad, did I get upset, yea I do not like being lied to, but I look at it like the current economic crisis, I dont blame the management, I blame the owner who told management what to do.
