The Texans should just demote all of their starting offensive lineman. Not because they'll be better with the backups, but instead just to let the starters know just how badly they suck. They can lose games with the backups. And they should then vow to replace every single one of them by the time next season starts.

but honestly, most would probably just go elsewhere if they could. College kids are still kids, especially since none of them are given the opportunity to grow up...
