On one hand I want to vote sugar because IBG found him to be in an alliance but I can't figure out what would lead him to no kill. You say he didn't go anywhere so if I am voting him it is based on believing that he did no kill.
On the other hand the fact that IBG came out and said Sugar is in an alliance yet is willing to vote any and everybody makes me think he isn't what he says he is.
