Next season's rollover is way too late, as is day41. Most recruiting is done during the final 2 weeks of the season, and having no idea (a) if this will be implemented for s24, and (b) exactly how it will be implemented will cause a huge clusterfuck imo.

I agree 100% Wait to roll this out til season 25!

Catch, what if to catchup, you gave current rookies (Day 40 S 22 created) three extra boosts to be on par with Day 40 S23 created dots in the new system.

You did say those dots will be 18-19, correct?

Problem with that is then a LOT of dots end up missing out on 2 extra seasons of mega-fun-time.

You know, I don't think all that matters that much. Pretty much everyone is going the same age. Day 80 dots will still be in the same league as other day 80 dots, but they might only be day 52 or what ever.

Same thing with the older dots. What we need to know is if this is going to be taking affect in season 24 or not by day 20ish.

Also, it would seem that converting would be easy. You just have to cross multiply.

7/10=x/day of age your dot is.

We will use a day 80 dot....

7/10=x/80

7 x 80 = 560/10= 56.

So that dot should be 56 days old in the new system.

So therefore, if you want to look at the current caps for players, I think the easiest thing would to be just shift those caps into the 7 season mode.

So, if your cap is 40-80 or what ever. Your new cap would be 28 days to 56 days old.

Seems simple enough.

Current rookie dots will be replaced by new rookie dots as soon as thosedots hit their first plateur because they will be higher levels.

The chart that Catch showed us doesnt take into account pre season boosting for rookies. He stated taht if u did that, youd be level 18-19ish

Maybe we shouldn't allow that then. I am sure they will figure that part out.

It seems that you will lose out on more XP if you boost early though.

It will all be the same though. Because a current day 40 dot at level 16, will only be 28 days old in the new system.

My point is that the adjustments were made according to NON pre season boosters, right? why not give us an additional 2-3 boosts or so and keep us at day 40. Seems like the system would be a lot simpler, for sophmore atlest

Yes. A lot of people are comparing a level 15 day 28 dot to a level 18-19 day 40 dot. They aren't equal?!! +*{^[}+*%[{*+#%[={}=^+

You cant make an exception for rookie dots. What about the sophomores? What about everybody else. It's a uniform change based on days old now. Seems like they got it right.

You can figure something out. Obviously u could give soph dots free boosts too. It would even things out somehow

And who said you had to save everyone? Atleast you could save the people who made rookie dots this season

This is my worry, I mentioned it 2 or 3 pages back. We're going to possibly have 7 seasons of having to wait to boost instead of the 2/3 we have currently.

The simple solution is to tie the game and nightly xp to how many days old a player is and not on the level of the player.
