I think it's funny how they want to create "parity" just to add another league that does dilute the talent pool for a lot of teams.

This system is meant to limit player selection, and that's it.

Totally different goals of the two systems.

You are correct this totally sucks. Get rid of the Effective level BS. Use actual levels. If an agent can't create a player correctly that should be his problem not a problem for those who can.

Don't know why you would go throw with this shit just to stop farm teams and the transfer of money. Just get fid of the farm teams and mass movement

this is going to take more then just WIKI to learn how to play and use this game

The salary cap is fine just don't tie it to effective level. Use the actual level of a player.
