DC is likely eliminated because of the tiebreaker held by Manchester.
SoCal is in the drivers seat for the 8th slot. It would take an upset loss to DC, and Manchester unlikely upsetting LOL .. in order for SC to slip from the 8 spot, giving it to Manchester.
