Yes and no. Since Odessa holds the W over both teams, they would have been 1. Hood having beat HHWC in this scenario would have been 2, and HHWC being the last 12-4 would have been 3rd.

A 3-way tie broken by pts agnst would have all teams 12-4 and Hood beating HHWC, HHWC beating Odessa, and Odessa beating Hood... a true 3-way tie with no win/loss leader.
