i cook eggs, bacon and hash browns for dinner a lot. nothing better than some home fries and onions with a nice over easy egg on top

Im more of a mid afternoon snack/lunch type.

Today I made an omelet with cheese and bell peppers, bacon and some chopped potatoes cooked with green chile.
