Should we begin the discussions?
We have a lot of problems with the passing game, mainly i want to talk about 2 things, first: Interception. In the current state, we know that isn't reliable at all, and as a turnover, it shouldn't be, but its way too rare, really bad skill.
The main reason of course is due its high cost, almost no one invests on it, it would make the player build awfull, also, its impossible for a non S* player to invest on it, even S*s rarely go above 50-70.
Realisticaly, interceptions are more common then forced fumbles, or occurs at a similar rate, what doesn't happens in GLB, HBs have a somewhat decent number of fumbles in a season, but QBs get intercepted 1-5 times.
But since power tackling haves more purpose then interception, it is worth getting it.
What it should be done? I really don't have a problem with making it way cheaper, even with high interception, it wouldn't make the passing game obsolete. But is making it cheaper enought? Should interceptions rolls be increased? We also need a Signature Ability for man coverage interceptions.
The only problem is that we are on a power running meta, these changes would only make it even stronger, outside running problems should be fixed along with it (pathing logic...).
Another topic is the falling down, its annoying, falling to the ground should be rare, even with low balance, balance should mainly be required to mantain speed, thus creating more explosive plays (for WRs and CBs), what i mean is: usually catches shouldn't result in receivers falling down (low balance), instead, they should lose a lot of speed, but staying up. Pass defenders should also need it, to keep pursuiting the receiver after a catch/failed deflection/interception, it could help creating more explosive plays.
