Central Falcons vs Whoville Whos
Whoville is hurting from the recent loss to AA. Can they get back on track? Whoville won the first game easily, 34-10. However, Central has been playing lights out lately, nearly beating AA a few weeks ago. Central pulls off the victory and heads into the playoffs while _OSIRIS_ posts several excuses why his team can't run up the middle anymore.

Southside Rebels vs Nightswatch Backstabbers
I thought Dredgar was one of the best agents coming into this season...but that changed quickly. 18-6 record won't cut it as a GLB Legend. Can Southside avenge an earlier season loss to Nightwatch? Southside just got destroyed by WWMI but does have a solid victory over Dream Team. Southside wins by 3 points in a last minute FG to take Beta.

WorldWide Mafia Insurance vs Natural Disasters
WWMI lost the 1st meeting by a shit ton. 1st game of the season issues? WWMI has a better record and higher tier rankings. WWMI has been playing well lately while ND is up and down, including a 4 game losing stretch in the middle of the season. WWMI gets a solid win here, taking Alpha.

80s by 30...

I expect a true battle for the playoffs against Natural Disasters today.

The way I see it is if all 4 teams win their remaining league match after this week

Then WWMI beating Natural Disasters, and GE beating Deadman, means that WWMI, Disasters, Assassins and GE reach playoffs

Except that I believe ND is in the Playoffs if they win final game regardless what happens today.

Ahh true... Ive overcomplicated things then evidently...

Outcome of Central/Whoville doesn't mean anything as far as making playoffs. I don't recall making any excuses for our losses this season, maybe you can enlighten me. 92.5/81.

I've never prepared for the run as much as I have today. Even going with a scheme I normally wouldn't.

If I lose I'm taking my team on a training expedition in the mountains to start preparing for next season

If I was Natural Disasters I would be fighting my arse off to make sure WWMI doesn't win today.

If ND wins, they will have the #2 seed regardless what happens and will face the winner of Gamma in 1st round of playoffs.

If WWMI wins, then they might end up a wildcard and face AA in the 1st round instead. It also puts another Passing Attack offense into the Playoffs, which is the overall weaker part of ND defense.

I think it'll be a tough matchup either and will come down to game plans. Will Deadman Genesis be able to score early and with stand a 2nd half power of GE?

Or...

Will GE be able to keep it close, so his power attack can finish and cap a win in the 2nd half?
