Good game JD. Some solid dots you got there. I got the looks I wanted from your defense based on scouting, but your defensive dots made plays, our offensive dots didn't. Lucky as hell to get that 1 point win in the last second.

it's amazing how 1% across the board is overpowered yet taut is playing -3% across the board and is 12-1

Every 8 days, the player will lose a percentage of his stats. Strength, Speed, Agility, and Jumping all decline at the following rate:
- 441 days old to 480 days old (player's 12th season): 1% every 8 days (net loss of -5%)
- 481 days old to 520 days old (player's 13th season): 2% (net of -15%)
- 521 days old to 560 days old (player's 14th season): 3% (net of -30%)
- 561 days old to 600 days old (player's 15th season): 4% (net of -50%)
- 601 days old to 640 days old (player's 16th season): 5% (net of -75%)
The player's other attributes (football skills and mental abilities) decline at half the rate listed above, until they reach a net of -75% as well.
Just apply the same numbers to once you leave extended plateau. For the traditional booster that should change the numbers to this (I think):
- 561 days old to 600 days old (player's 15th season): 1% every 8 days (net loss of -5%)
- 601 days old to 640 days old (player's 16th season): 2% (net of -15%)
- 641 days old to 680 days old (player's 17th season): 3% (net of -30%)
- 681 days old to 720 days old (player's 18th season): 4% (net of -50%)
- 721 days old to 760 days old (player's 19th season): 5% (net of -75%)

I honestly think it's overrated as well, but a lot of people tend to think it's some sort of automatic win.

Definitely not an automatic win, but for a big game it can certainly put you over the edge. A lot of games in the WL are toss-ups, and something like mini-helmeting your opponent can be the difference-maker.
