we can make the layout of the ones we know, but i wouldnt submit it until we are absolutely positive that 12 will not be released. to me, he would release 12 and give every team 24 hours to submit the layout, which ever team is closest will get the prize

that is true, but i mean can we really submit our answers without the 12th clue, what if you are wrong, we only get one shot at submitting it.

if we wait till 2moro we risk losing

you are the captain so i will stand by whatever you say. but to me, the fairest way would be a timetable for teams to hand the answers in, then award the points based on who's closest. it's not fair to assume everyone will be on at teh exact time the 11th or 12th clue is released.
