I'm not sure I'm fond of this VA. Most VAs are real life skills or abilties that can be developed, whether they be mental or physical.
What sort of real life skill does this represent? The vision boost, is it really needed if you're going to require 75 vision? And the deflection boost, doesn't long reach more or less help with that, as does the Swat Ball VA?

its just an idea, im not saying use that exact one, what im trying to put out there is make a few VAs where you need 75+ of a stat to use it. Make it hard to reach
