It's pretty easy to pick up that people don't usually hate their job, they hate their co-workers.
Back during my MBA I talked to a career P&G'er who had just retired and I asked how he was able to stay at P&G his entire career from start to finish (35+ years). He told me that while he had never left P&G, he had left his fair share of managers and co-workers.
