Warrior General Games

I know that we have been playing with every setting possible every scrimmage game we get. Of course since we finished at the dead bottom of the pack last year, this years scrimmage games haven't been against top teams either, so...

Anyway, I wouldn't read much in to it either direction. Kalahari was the scary monster team and they lost to their divisions 8th seed. By that I am NOT dissing Kalahari, but rather pointing out that on any given Sun(game)day...

Well, you know that I agree with you GM that Elephant is deeper; However I dont think the scrimages show us anything. If you take out the 6 games from our gutted teams and the 1 game from the Knight Riders your at 10-3. Im sure we could come up with ample reasoning to throw out another 5 or 6 of those games which makes the ratio alot more reasonable. I just dont think you can read to much into this.

lol kalahari's scrimage didnt mean anything we had everything so messed up for fun i had my G returning kicks and playing dt and we had cb's playin d end haha it was just a screw around, if we played straight up im confident we would've won.

obviously Kalahari was screwing around but their HBs did throw a TD pass and over 150 yards. That's actually very sad for this game that their HBs were as effective at QB as a lot of QBs. Only 1 INT in 40 passes. lol


We had our QB playing Center. But I'm with you, I was surprised to see how well the HB's threw the ball. I was even more surprised that we scored a TD...LOL. I always allow the GM's to do a screwed up scrimmage or two. It breaks up the boredom and allows the team to have some fun. When this game quits being fun you will lose people.

yah, we have a thread going to request a position for your player for the next scrimmage. It was fun last year watching CBs get mauled at G or seeing the DT returning punts. Some positions were actually fairly effective, WRs at CB is one I remember.

The voting has essentially plataued in the past two days... but in all fairness ill let it run its course. Will end at noon tomorrow, so if you havent voted id advise you do so ASAP!

It will no matter who's elected. Who cares. It's not like there is a reward of any kind. It's nice that you do this, but people need to learn sometimes life isn't fair. Believe me....I know (see our playoff game #1).

I promise not to whine? I don't expect any of my guys to make it this season. I was just happy to see their names on the list.
