I know how hard it is, since in EE AA4, i do my own allstar team for our alpha conference over there. It's fun, and since I'm one of the more non-biased guys in the league, i get good feedback about it. But, it can also be a daunting process lol.

Look forward to seeing what you guys all come up with.

You can always tell by someones votes how much they pay attention or study the games. You get even more of an idea if they do it for the other conference as well. Yes it is lots of fun and jcoke thanks for getting us started on this!

If no more spots will become available I would like to give up my spot (Warsaw), and give it to Blackout. I have not really been active lately, and I think he would be better suited for voting than I.

Don't listen to the haters, coker. You did a great job with this last season, the team was unbiased and represented even the nonplayoff teams pretty well. I see nothing that makes me think it will be different this season.

So are we going to have an alpha all-star team, a zeta allstar team, then an all pro-team with the players that get the most votes, (like the nfl does for the pro bowl.) Or, just one for league wide?

Let me know when I need to have my votes in, and who I'm sending them to.

I'd say a leaguewide vote as it worked very well last year. I think everyone is unbiased enough to handle it fairly.

And Ghost feel free to have both you and Blackout vote. The more the merrier.

Just to clarify you want one list (combined list) like you posted in your first message on thread. Others were saying alpha and zeta, etc. so just want to make sure.

I hate to do this, but I have to pull out of this. I know nothing at all about ny Alpha teams, and I don't feel I'd be doing any players over there any justice. I don't feel that stats alone should devise your choices, and if I don't know squat about them then I can't vote in a fair manner. I was under the idea that Zeta voted Zeta, and Alpha votd Alpha. Sorry for the misunderstanding. My bad on that one. I don't have time to sift through games of the Alpha teams to know who is deserving.

I say we give a vote for zeta (if you are zeta) and an overall vote and a vote for alpha (if you are alpha) and an overall vote. Now I feel everyone should be involved (San Diego for alpha and Snootch for Zeta) just weigh the votes according to conference. So a Zeta team voting for alpha players would be 1 point and an Alpha player voting for alpha players would be 2 points. Same goes the other way (have not worked out the points) but feel since Zeta knows Alpha less and vice versa the votes should not be weighted as much.

I am rambling I hope this makes sense.

Why don't we just do two all star teams, Zeta and Alpha. The owners from the respective conferences vote just for players in their conferences. Use the same point totals as before, just don't concern yourself with the other conference. This way, more people get to be 1st or 2nd team whatever, and it inserts additional levels of fun into the game for more players. That is what this is about right? Recognizing achievement and making the game more fun.

Or, say both vote, and the you put the two together, and say like the first team QB in alpha got 6 votes, and the first team QB in zeta got 5, then the Alpha guy is first team all league and the zeta guy is 2nd.
