That is the 64 million dollar question.

The unbalanced schedule may be a big factor for Omaha & Austin. Thunder had 3 hard games at the beginning and then 3 hard games at the end.

Amazing that the fact that even though we all play the same teams (minus the OOC game), that the order of the opponents may decide a playoff spot or two. It probably affects you folks in the top 6 too, but I'm not as concerned with your schedules.

There you go Cerneo, you moved up. I had intended to keep you at six no matter the outcome of the Spartans game, but I did not see the game playing out the way it did. As always Sphere is exhibiting the strongest running game in the conference and a stiffling Defense that takes advantage of your mistakes. The scariest part about Spheres team however is the passing game thats playing possum. I have a feeling when they unleash it it will take the first opponent by a bit of a surprise. A lot of questions will be answered this week. With the right outcome, look for a shake-up in the top 5.



I really think both H-Town and Roughnecks will have something to say about that "best running game" when we get done playing the scrub gutted teams that Sphere has already played. Iowa Jones and their rushing attack is solid, but I will match our ground game against anyone's.



The stats dont matter 1 iota anymore, to many gutted teams. Stats would only be important if there were 16 quality teams in a league. Week 1 you could play a gutted team and by week 12 maybe someone else bought it and upgraded etc. Stat leaders are some of the most worthless stats anyone could look at to gauge who has best running back qb wr etc.... I have been ending up near the leaders in pancakes last 2 seasons, but that doesnt mean I have the best lot or one of the best, in fact im probably one of the worst starting LOT's in the league, so again the stat is meaningless.

All I was doing was pointing out that it's a gigantic stretch to say that Sphere is hands down the "best" running offense in the Western Conference at the moment. I don't think Sphere, H-Town, Roughnecks, or even Dallas for that matter can be ruled out as the best.

To me it's a logjam for rushing offenses and there is no clear cut "best" right now.

We were, but then our QB decided that he needed bi-focals and that just fucked everything up for about a season and a half.
