Just a little food for thought. Our RB Jay Swift averages 19 carries a game (we run a 2 back system) vs Ishack Wanabe's 26 carries a game. Swifts numbers are pretty damn respectable, and comparable considering the diffrence in carries. He averages 131.5 a game, 7 yards a carry, 9 TDs and 67, I repeat 67 tackles. Can he be stopped? Sure, just like Ishack.....the only thing that sucks is we won't get a shot until the playoffs to prove that our D can shut him down.

Swift is pretty nice, I look forward to the opportunity of stopping Swift...should we both meet in the playoffs.

I would welcome the challenge as well because that would be a League Championship game. We will see.

No doubt......hopefully we get the shot, I'd love to see how we match up. Good luck to you guys the rest of the year.

Bah don't boost their ego, kick them while they're down...

Ermm what he meant to say was, He would welcome the challenge. However, Swift is on a downward spiral and won't get the chance to meet us again

This guy is another swift though, on the other side of the league. I know, I was confused at first also

Dont worry the Sharks will cleanse the house of spiders come monday

I actually expected a way better game out of the Impalers, looks like our GMs nailed their game plan and they didn't nail ours down/couldn't stop us. We're looking forward to some Shark Fin Soup on monday.

Never happen, we are to slick for that, not to mention we dont taste very good either ;P

don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk without falling over and chinning yourself on the sidewalk

Bah dont worry we will see you in the playoffs and we will smoke you then, mark my words.

Ishack Wanabe ran all over you and will do it again come playoffs. No one in this league can stop him. His yards per game is unimaginal 198.9 with 16TD's and has broken 70...i repeat 70 tackles. He cannot be stopped. Specially by a foot long sand shark

Wanabe just loves the shark fin soup he had last game, and is asking for seconds.

Lol =)

Our Jonny is the better runner of the two, because wanabe is just a regular wannabe.

If you examine the games so far Jonny has gone up against good teams only, while you have not. I predict once we hit cupcake matches( which is right about next match) he will blow past the wannabe as the best runner period.

And our dear Jonny boy has 82 broken tackles, so junior still has alot to prove, and that was against good teams, not cupcakes ;P

LOL. ISHAK IS STILL WAITING FOR MORE SOUP!! I do wanna say good game to the sharks and am looking forward to more funny HB comparisons. One more thing, Ishak would not be the dominating...I mean the dominating HB he is without our Oline. One of the best lines in the league.

O-line props!

Word!

I think it's going to be a good match up. We seem to be a lot deeper than them at a lot of positions. I do like their rushing attack, 3 quality backs there. But I think overall, right now, we have some advantages. We'll see, they have a quality team, and I'm anxious to play that game.

stats from our matchup HB ishak wanabe 21 Rush attempts, 238 yds, 10 broken tackles, 2 TDs

HB Jonny Swift 14 rush attempts, 72.5 yds, 12 broken tackles, 0TDs.

Your guy broke 2 more tackles than ours, but got no where near the yardage. So I'm just kind of curious, did you just call the Sharks a Cupcake team? I mean I'm not arguing because I told you we'd be eating that fin soup, but just wanted to make sure you're no longer in denial.

No I said cupcake matches which you had 2 of so far outa 5 matches, not hard to pad stats then. Dont worry Jonny will pass the wannabee in rushing yards as he dominates wannabee in broken tackles.

Also compare our matchup all you want, we went passing on you not rushing, and also yes Jonny shares his plays with his backup as well, please review the stats.

You just got lucky we wanted to see if we had a workable pass game on you before we meet in the playoffs, there are things as strategy. We wanted to see how your D holds up to a pass game before we meet in the playoffs, as I am sure we will now since you actuly *GASP* are a quality team

Dont take it to hard that we wanted to test out diffrent plays against your team and inflated your egos even more, it was meant that way.

The playoffs is what counts and you know what they say, the bigger the mouth, the more turf they going to eat ;P

*sigh* Still talking. I did check the stats on Jonny Swift, and I'm not comparing the entire season I'm comparing this game. Jonny had all but 1 rush which was taken by the backup HB, if you call that "sharing" then sure... As for the big talk, I believe it was you that said you were going to "rid the house of the spiders" this week, but failed. Now you're saying you decided to try the pass game to see if it would work in the post season, I raise the bullshit flag...If in fact you did decide to go with the pass game and it wasn't just due to the fact that you were down the entire game trying to play catch up so the CPU did it for you, I'd have to go with you did it out of desperation trying to make it so we couldn't nail your game strategy. You said earlier you guys were too sly for us to nail down your game strategy, so that very well could be.

Actually, we only had 1 cupcake match. We all know who that was against. SANDSHARKS. Its so funny that you keep comparing yourselves to a much more gifted, talented team. I think the saying goes...The bigger the mouth, the more shark fin soup we can eat!!!

PS. its nice to know that we can smack your team in the mouth...I mean really lay a beating down on the you, and we wont get hit back. I like it alot.

One more thing...The way your team is playing, you really should not be thinking playoffs. You should be concentrating on each and every game. You have to win games to advance to the playoffs. With the performance you brought, I really hope to meet at the end. It will mean a sure victory for us.

As Sofia's backup HB, I have to say it was pretty fun scoring 3 TD's on only 14 carries .

Sadly, the weekly cupcake match seems to be Sofia against anybody else. The rest of us need to adjust this!

Well so far the only team to give the Spiders a run for thier money was the Pirates. It was a tough game...and look forward to a rematch.

Well, I wont say the game was close as it was 35-7 with 10 minutes left in the 4th, but you guys did well coming back to make it closer than it really was.

True, and I dont think that would happen again as we have gotten that figured out. I am not saying the pirates where a pushover, I still consider them one of the top 3 in our conference, but I just think the final score is not indicative of how the game actually went.
