Well you have us 5th and we have started 0-3. At this point I am hoping we right the ship. We have so much more potential then we have demonstrated thus far this season. Another tough loss today and congrats goes out to Konoha.

No one from or representing Transylvania has yelled at you a single bit. I find it amusing if anything to have such widespread predictions but just remember we lost an early game last year too then had a 17 game win streak.

But I too am confused with these Predictions. How did you get them, Chiefy? Are they totally made up, or is there any mathematics involved? I want to know how we dropped from 6th, to 9th, to wherever we are now (Knuckleheads). Our Total Scoring has also dropped alot, and we currently have #2 TD's overall. I understand we have a tougher schedule coming up ahead, but does that mean we will lose that many more points? lol

Yeah, we'll do something very similar to it. Maybe have a rep from each team or something with a bit more diversity although last season I was very impressed with how well all the voters did.

Shouldn't be able to vote for players on your own team.

Or make a cap of one player? So they can decide a team "MVP".

No, voting for your own players is fine just as long as it's within reason. I mean if someone votes their starting RB in as first string and he's not in the top 10 in rushing or TDs then obviously something is shady. We shouldn't limit the number on one team just as we shouldn't be required to have someone from every team in.

I honestly don't mind t he "can't vote for your own players" rule. Because then we know we are gonna get it right, because no one will be swayed by putting in their own players. If anything, we can have a forum where owners advertise their players for the allstar team.

One way to avoid any "bias" is you could have some GMs get together and select a list of All-Star team potentials. Once we agree on a list of that sort, have all team owners, GMs, or anyone at all vote from that list

Its not just made up or anything. I got a spreadsheet http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=470138 it is all based on points scored and the points scored of everyone in both alpha and zeta. It has nothing to do with stats. only points scored for and against. I am working on modifying it to use both offensive yards and yards allowed to do some sort of power rankings on a stronger set of data.

I like the idea of not voting for your own guys also. Keeps you from being biased at all. I also have a way to keep this from being posted on and counts getting messed up. I have been running and doing various forums over the last 3-4 years, and know of a site that will allow me to set things up where once the list is set with the one representitive from each team is found I will give that one person access to the forum that will allow us to post our votes for the various spots. This will avoid having outside influences and random posts clutting up the page we need to keep it straight.
Also a bonus that could be implemented this yr if it wasn't last yr is an actuall League MVP. From the list of the "All Pro" Players we would vote on a list of say 5-8 players to be put on a poll on that same forum i would put together, and from there it would be one vote per owner/gm that is involved in this, and that would give us a clear cut winner.
As a sample I will set this up later tonight (Friday night) and have a link to the forum when it's ready. I will allow anyone to sign up for it to look at what i am talking about, but when the voting time comes I'll be able to just switch the forum lock on so only those involved have access.

If this is a idea that you guys like please PM me to let me know I should jump on this tonight, and that way it'll be 100% ready come the end of the season, and it'll also be re-usable every season.
Should this work out and everyone digs it i would consider opening it as ZETA forum that would have a section for each team and that would be edited as teams move up or come in.
Again I'd like one rep from each team to give me a yay or nay in a PM so that I don't go starting it and wasting my time. Like I siad I can have the basic deal done by no later than Sat morning.
