Are we going to hate on me because I have ten guys that are currently on Winona's depth chart? Willie B is not on the active roster at all, so he really doesn't count, IMHO.

Either way, I'm not going to trade any of them and 5 to 6 of them are going to remain starters for the Warriors until they retire unless we are able to sign better players. I gladly traded players of mine to make our team better. A concept that a few around here don't seem to understand.

I'd also look for the next wave of players to be created in a season or two to replace these guys.

I think that we are going to exploit the lack of depth that Mandalay has with my 10, Snaza's 6, jplaw1314's 6, Aholewanker's 4, etc guys.

As a GM who is very involved with is team (our owner really allows us to have a say in what goes on), I'm on management's side here. You have to try to win while being loyal to your players, which can be very difficult at times. I would rather try to win as long as I don't break my word to players or agents. If we have a chance to upgrade our team, we're going to do it and try and make everyone happy when possible.

I just wouldn't have given him the satisfaction of arguing with him in this forum. In the end, you did bring it back to what is important... my team.

P.s. I am also collecting a paycheck while on this site and I'm sure that we're not in the minority.

P.S. There is a big difference between fighting with a friend or coworker than "fighting" with someone online.

When I "fight" with someone online, I don't think about that fight afterward and it has no effect on my "real" life. It's just a diversion that is useful when I have nothing better to do. Thanks for helping me waste time at work when there is nothing else to do.
