Here are the teams that met/did not meet their predicted spreads in week 4:

Taiwan was predicted to win by 70; They won by 38; NOT MET
Blood Gulch was predicted to win by 17; They won by 10; NOT MET
Him was predicted to win by 14; They won by 34; MET
Guam was predicted to win by 84; They won by 119; MET
Myanmar was predicted to win by 35; They won by 34; close, but NOT MET
Blue City was predicted to win by 24; They won by 7; NOT MET
Idaho was predicted to win by 31; They won by 61; MET
Kolkata was predicgted to win by 28; They won by 33; MET

here are the updated rankings (ok, there were no changes ):
1 Taiwan Demons
2 Himalayan Raging Yetis
3 Kolkata Witch Doctors
4 Blood Gulch Chupathingies
5 Myanmar Military Junta
6 Idaho Hurricats
7 Guam Carabao
8 Laos Dragons

Blue City and FW Thunder are the teams that just missed out

Taiwan did not meet their spread, but since they won by a blowout anyways, it doesn't really matter, and they were not penalized. Him Raging Yetis won by more than double their spread, but since Taiwan was not penalized, they remain in 2nd (If the yetis can defeat blood gulch by greater than their spread, they might move up). Kolkata remained in 3rd after meeting the spread. Blood Gulch remained in 4th despite not meeting the spread, but MMJ is right behind them after easily meeting the spread.

Idaho remained in 6th though they met the spread, since MMJ is still quite far ahead of them. Guam stayed in 7th despite meeting the spread since Idaho also met theirs. Since Blue City barely won (let alone meet their spread) and FW lost, Laos remained in 8th place

Spreads for Week 5:
Semerang at Taiwan: Taiwan by 45
Himalayan at Blood Gulch: Pick 'em (0 pt spread)
Blue City at Guam: Guam by 3
Laos at Idaho: Idaho by 7
Kolkata at Myanmar: Kolkata by 3
Davao at Fort Worth: Fort Worth by 10
Blutos at Beijing: Beijing by 6
Shanghai at Ia Drang: Ia Drang by 49

only 2 Games (Semerang at Taiwan, Shanghai at Ia Drang) will be blowout wins. The rest of the games are all projected to be decided by less than 2 TDs; 5 of the games are projected to be decided by less than one score. Things will get very interesting this week, with two HUGE games:
Yetis (2) at Blood Gulch (4): 0 pt spread
KWD (3) at MMJ (5): KWD by 3 pts (still anyone's game)

Laos at Idaho will be an important game to decide the last playoff spots (even this early), and so will Blue City at Guam

no problem boss. lol

it's fun for me to make, and it helps everyone else, so it's a win-win situation

i may have some problem keeping these rankings up in the next week, since i have an RL problem in that span, for users not on the yetis

Thanks for all the work setting this up. I am not sure why KWD is ranked so high but we play them next so maybe I will figure it out the hard way

Probably cause we have a little respect for what we did last year but I hope for a good game against you guys. The last time we played you was before we got our key pieces for the franchise.

We did get upset by Guam and lost to the demons but we have fixed AI issues and everything were on the right track right now.

yeah, you guys are good, don't get me wrong I am not trying to say you suck at all. I am looking forward to a good game. I would agree that so far we are just one step off of the top teams, should be interesting to see what happens from here on out.

im not sure how he came up with this set up but I am going to go with

1. Winner of sundays game
2. Loser of sundays game
3. Taiwan Dragons
4. Palembang Drunken MOnks
5. Surabaya Fighting Sura
6. Tibetan Black Dragons
7. Singapore Sylvans
8. Montville Mustangs

it will be alittle easier to list this off after a few more games and the 5-8 spots will be up for grabs... the 1-4 spots will get pretty much filled in after the next couple of weeks... Either way it looks to be another great season...

these rankings are what i think will be the final playoff spots, rather than power rankings

as i said in the original post, the playoff predictions could change a lot after tomorrow's games, with blood gulch playing the yetis and KWD playing MMJ

right now, they are not too accurate, but that will change after tomorrow's games
