It's not our fault the other owners where scared to be promoted. I was in favor of it. I had started recruiting with promotion in mind. I wasn't going to change my plans just because the other owners wanted another year in A.

Blitzkrieg has actually made a very nice improvement from last season's Charlottetown team, although I don't know if it was all offseason or started before that. They will contend in the East.
